By accessing or usingyogaorsurf.comand our associated services, retreat packages, and concierge coordination (collectively, "Services") provided by Yoga or Surf ("YORS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Booking Inquiries & Reservations

Our website allows users to explore package configurations, request date availability, and coordinate customized retreat itineraries.

• Availability Requests: Submitting a request form does not constitute a confirmed binding reservation until availability is verified and the applicable deposit or booking confirmation is executed.
• Pricing & Quotes: Pricing shown across our dynamic matrix represents base estimates and package tiers. Final confirmed pricing will be provided via official invoice based on exact travel dates, chosen accommodations, and group configuration.
• Payments & Deposits: Specific payment schedules, deposits, and cancellation terms will be detailed in your individual booking confirmation.

3. Physical Activities & Assumption of Risk (Surfing, Yoga & Excursions)

Surfing, ocean activities, yoga, hiking, and tropical adventure excursions involve inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or physical strain.

• Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge and agree that your participation in all physical activities (including surf lessons, wellness practices, and ocean sessions) is entirely voluntary.
• Health & Fitness: You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. It is your responsibility to inform instructors and coaches of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions prior to starting any session.
• Travel & Medical Insurance: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers ocean sports, international emergency care, and trip cancellations.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yoga or Surf, its directors, employees, affiliates, and local service partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your travel, accommodation stays, transportation transfers, or participation in retreat activities.

5. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Guests and site users agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking inquiries.
• Respect local community norms, marine reserves, wildlife regulations, and the safety guidelines provided by our local coaches and guides.
• Respect the property rules of our boutique partner villas, hotels, and suites.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, designs, logos, software algorithms, pricing calculators, graphics, and photographs, is the property of Yoga or Surf or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms
